If you play career missions you will see variants of that all the time.

Only 2024 native ones using the new modular design afaik. 2020 ports and ones using their own flight models won't be affected.

I would agree to some of the addons not being up to a basic standard but I hope more developers will offer trials before purchase. This would remove any need of a refund. I recently bought an aircraft that didn't offer a trial. I almost sent the dev a message through their website asking them to add a trial of some sort, even the paid option and saying that if they didn't I wouldn't buy the addon. If consumers demanded trials then devs would have to offer them. I really can't see any disadvantage to the dev if they are confident in their product.

I am addicted atm to flying first flight career missions to expand my visible area in Europe. They are like individual circuits with some extra steps and different views. At my level of skill it is good practice with trimming, landing and just basic small aircraft handling and makes it more interesting.

If it is new then who did you buy it from? I f a company has supplied it and there is a fault with the components or the way it is set up then they should fix it. You don't mention what spec your psu is. You have a very powerful system that will need a lot of clean power to run. What wattage and more importantly brand is your psu. MSFS is renowned for showing any fault with RAM. Again you say 64 GB RAM but you don't give its specs or brand or what speed it is now running at. If there is any fault with any of the ram chips or it has been run overclocked then msfs will throw errors. It is relatively easier to do some checks on ram if you know what you doing. For example with 64 GB you probably have 2x32. If so you could pull one bank and see if the problem persists and then swap to the other and test again. It may just be one of your ram sticks has a fault. Whoever built it may have put cheaper spec ram and overclocked it.\

Other than saying I have just started fine in the UK so it isn't msfs servers I can't offer much help. I would suggest though when you get it working again use addon linker for your mods.

"Serious simmers" only care about the wheels. Nothing else matters.

I suspect the future will all be cloud gaming that you access through a dumb screen and pay for time.

IIRC it is a WT aircraft with a lot of input from Cirrus.

Perhaps they are listening to more than a handle of posters on Avsim?

Had you downloaded the aircraft to your drive or are you streaming it? I tried loading the TBM 930 yesterday and it was all pink textures. I uninstalled the it in the marketplce section so it went bank to streaming it and it then loaded fine. I think that sometimes the downloaded assets get out of date but don't trigger an update warning. If you haven't used the sim for months you may have missed out on updates.

Why do youtubers think that constant loud music helps an interview video? I wonder if youtube pushes it somehow? Unfortunately I think that however many times Jorg talks about the impossibility of getting scan data for much of the world we will still get the same complaints when a new WU is released that it isn't Africa or Asia etc
