Had you downloaded the aircraft to your drive or are you streaming it? I tried loading the TBM 930 yesterday and it was all pink textures. I uninstalled the it in the marketplce section so it went bank to streaming it and it then loaded fine. I think that sometimes the downloaded assets get out of date but don't trigger an update warning. If you haven't used the sim for months you may have missed out on updates.

Why do youtubers think that constant loud music helps an interview video? I wonder if youtube pushes it somehow? Unfortunately I think that however many times Jorg talks about the impossibility of getting scan data for much of the world we will still get the same complaints when a new WU is released that it isn't Africa or Asia etc

Looks an interesting idea. Do you just follow the M25 around? Any preference for which way you go? I could see it might take a while in a very low and slow aircraft but I see there is an airfield directly opposite to split it in two. It might be a route I could take the Tiger Moth round.

Don't often hear people mentioning the DV-20 at all. I see you look to have extensive irl experience of a variety of light aircraft. Do you rate the DV-20 on that basis? What do you think of the bigger Diamonds? I liked what FSW di in adopting the Diamonds as there default training aircraft as they were more modern and was disappointed when 2020 and 2024 went back to old Cessnas.

I use KeepassXC. https://keepassxc.org It is a fork of keepass that works better in linux. It encrypts its database with a password and I store the database on a cloud service so I can use the same database with multiple installs.

I am sure I saw one of the WT guys explaining that hot swapping avionics is a bad idea. I didn't really understand the technicalities but it was something to do with setting up something when the aircraft is loaded which can't be done when swapping avionics after loading. He said different avionics packages should be different variants.

Disappointed to see so many of the dogs having cropped ears. That would probably stop me buying it.

I haven't got the Caravan so I can't test but on your video there are some clicking sounds that are noticeable about 4-5 seconds before the sighs. After the sigh those clicks stop and then start up again a few seconds before the next sigh.

Overly sensitive and not slowing down quickly enough seem to be problems with a lot of small aircraft in msfs.

He finds both of these later in the video. It is also very clearly labelled as a first look video so perhaps it shouldn't be that surprising that he doesn't know where they are at first. The aircraft does look nice and hopefully there will be more reviews. I do perfer developers to have some sort of social media presence for communication with users. I see this one just has email on their website. It will be interesting to see what support and development it gets in the future. I would have thought it was an ideal candidate to have one of the new Avidyne units as an option to replace the Garmin 430.

I think I did try playing with the vsync setting but couldn't stop the tearing. The problem is that I have very limited time for simming and never want to spend it tweaking. So I end with various issues that don't get fixed and spend the time I do have flying whatever setup I have.

I wish MS/Asobo would keep the inbuilt systems up to date whether it is the nvidia file everyone has keep replacing or FSR. I may try this, as I have a 9070 but I try and keep my system and install as clean as possible to avoid issues. I did briefly try the inbuilt FG but ended up with screen tearing and never looked to far into how to fix it.
