November 8, 2025Nov 8 Navigraph is basically a paid subscription service, although their related Simbrief website is essentially free for flight planning. Others above suggested free alternatives.
November 8, 2025Nov 8 chartfox.org is free and has worldwide coverage. The charts are up-to-date as they are collected directly from national aeronautical agencies.

When you visit the Navigraph website there's a couple of subscription options with prices for either a monthly or yearly subscription, so you must have clicked one of those options in order to be able to install the software, so it was your choice. Now that you have it I would make the most of the charts and enjoy the subscription you purchased and explore the features. I am not sure which option you chose, but remember that if you don't want to continue subscribing you need to cancel the subscription after the time period of the subscription expires. It won't automatically run out out. You need to actively cancel it though their website otherwise the subscription will automatically continue. I never said they were free, you'll have to take that up with the other guy. You asked how much it cost, I answered. Actually, I forgot about the other purchasing options, I think the base (non-gamepass) is $60 and Premium Deluxe might be as much as $120 but I can't remember. And "Aviators Edition" is even more I think. I don't own that one though. Rhett 7800X3D ♣ 96 GB G.Skill Flare ♣ Gigabyte 4090 ♣ Crucial P5 Plus 2TB

Less of an issue for big jet fliers but definitely one for GA/Bizjet pilots outside the USA (where MSFS also has FAA charts) Edited November 8, 2025Nov 8 by Matchstick
