Turtle Beach Velocity One Flightstick

Featured Replies

Does anyone have any experience with this joystick? I am looking to get a replacement for my CH Flightstick Pro, but I need something that is very precise in flight controls, throttle control, and also ease of use of the hat switch. That throttle control is particularly important, as I like to have very precise control of that during taxi (we are talking tenths of one per cent accuracy here). This would be for flying the PMDG 737 and 777.

Alternatively, if there is any other joystick that is considered to be a better option, I would be interested to know.

I have used this flightstick for quite a while already. It replaced my Thruster Warthog flightstick which had more and more lost the precision and, in addition, I never liked the (cold) metal grip.

I’m quite happy with the VelocityOne flightstick. It’s precise and feels great in my hand. The several buttons and switches on the stick are highly useful as I strictly fly in VR only. However, I had to shorten the steel spring to reduce the stiffness of the stick.
