Yep, 308 mph for the BYD Yangwang U9 Xtreme (made in China) … it was a long run-up getting heat into the tires. 3000+ HP in a road car.  And it’s not even using current tech Solid State batteries but is using LFP batteries.

1000+ HP more than the Lotus Evija.

Willing to bet we’ll see 5000+ HP road cars in the very near future.

Even the Saudi’s see the light as they’re converting to solar.

5000 + HP! Better make that an aquacar then, as Jersey is only 9 miles wide. 🐬 

I've just, this second,  got back from watching a Royal Navy Merlin takeoff from a Jersey School. 2100 HP TIMES 3! 😮 I've not been that close to a Merlin takeoff before.
