October 12, 2025Oct 12 Hi all. I have started spending time with the Hype H145 and it's really interesting. I just did a cold and dark start, I think correctly. But I have a message saying "MGB Low Pressure" and I don't know how to address it and clear it. Can anyone help with this? Thanks. October 13, 2025Oct 13 [CoPIlot says...] The “MGB Low Pressure” message in the Hype Performance Group H145 helicopter for MSFS indicates low oil pressure in the Main Gearbox (MGB)—a critical system that transmits power from the engines to the rotor system. In the H145 simulation, this warning is part of the damage and failure modeling introduced by HPG. Here’s how to address it: 🛠️ Troubleshooting Steps Check for Damage Open the tablet interface in the cockpit and go to the Failures & Maintenance app. If the MGB is damaged, you’ll see it listed there. Clear the Damage Use the maintenance app to reset or repair the damage. This will clear the warning message. Disable Damage Modeling (Optional) If you prefer not to deal with simulated failures: Go to the Aircraft app on the tablet. Navigate to the Setup page. Turn Aircraft Damage to OFF. Cold & Dark Start Check If you’re starting from cold and dark, ensure: Both engines are running and stabilized. Hydraulic and electrical systems are properly configured. You haven’t skipped any steps in the startup checklist that affect gearbox lubrication. 🧠 Real-World Context In actual aviation, an MGB low pressure warning would be extremely serious, potentially requiring an immediate landing. In the sim, it’s a realism feature—so treat it as a cue to check your systems or maintenance status.
