Hello 

i m a new user of xplane12.  I flight in VR with a pimax Crystal light  and even with brightness at max, cockpit are very dark , almost impossible to read instrument (native A330) 

i understand there a sort a realistic view (bright outside, dark inside) , but is there a way to not use this feature ?

I'll let the more expert users reply, but you can try the beta if you aren't already on it. There are various improvements. You can install the beta from the updater, there's a check box to enable it.
