November 24, 2025Nov 24 [EDIT: Resolved: Product had to be manually added to my account by Zendesk. Interesting to know for all MP users that this is a possibility] Here's a new one in the ever colourful world of Microsoft 🙁 Tonight I bought "Newquay Airport" by UK2000 from the MSFS 2024 Marketplace. Everything went through and I got the "It's yours!" notification. However it has not been added to My Library. It is nowhere to be seen, and when I view the product on the Marketplace, it says "Buy now!" as though I don't own it. I checked my email and have the Microsoft receipt and have 100% been charged. Has anyone ever had a similar experience with the Marketplace? November 25, 2025Nov 25 Author Resolved. Zendesk had to add it manually to my account, apologised and said it happens now and again. At least it's handy for others to know that this can happen. If it happens, contact Zendesk and, to be fair to them, they resolved it promptly in this case.
