Su4 Beta ATC window micro-stutter

Featured Replies

I do not understand after so many builds, how come the micro stuttering is not fixed when opening ATC window. Is this going to be now in  the official SU4 build? Su3 doesn't have that problem

I just flew in the alps Innsbruck to Samedan to test. With both ATC and EFB open, no stuttering. 5180 x 1440p (32:9 + 60pixes bezel correction). SU4 latest beta. Getting over 78 fps (Hawk plane, a small plane. Large Glass screen panel instrument).

I agree. same issue here. I've a pretty descent rig running at high settings and very smooth.

Only stutters are when opening the atc window (and weather too).

I spent the whole day to try to get rid of these stutters, no luck ! (emptied community folder, reduced settings to low, updated nvidia drivers, trying all sort of settings in window 11, nvdidia, etc...).

Debugging mode shows Main thread is blocking when opening this atc window. I just could reduce these stutters by reducing fps 'setting to minium images to 20'... which is not great for smothness  🙂.

Are we only few guys having this issue ?

If anyone has ideas to fix that 🙂

Thanks.

Guillaume
