December 22, 2025Dec 22 Hello Mark, I have been a customer for 10 years now. I have license files for the PMDG 737 and 777. I see no way of enabling them. Are they no longer supported? Or do I have to buy new licenses? Cheers, Xander
December 22, 2025Dec 22 If your hardware or OS has changed, you'll most likely need to request new license files. I've had to do this a number of times and the turnaround has been very fast, usually just minutes. Note that the CDU licenses for the PMDG birds in P3D do not cover their MSFS add-ons--those licenses have to be purchased separately.
