Are they still in business?

I wanted to redownload some scenery and was not permitted so I sent them a message - no reply.

Did you buy directly from their store? Could be a glitch with their website. Just checked my downloads on Simmarket they work fine. The last post on their Facebook page was 3 days ago so they're still active. I would say wait a while and try again.
