January 9Jan 9 What’s your question? What issue are you trying to find a solution for? 9800X3d, 4090, 64 GB DDR5 6000 RAM, 4 TB NVME (2x2), 4K Ultra + Framegen
January 9Jan 9 MSFS is constrained by the CPU - no secrets here. Join the club as anyone running a 5090 is in the same boat even those with CPU's superior to yours. I think the more important point, though, is that you are getting excellent frame rate and the CPU is taking it pretty well. Limit framerate to 90 or so fps and that CPU graph will be all green - most of the time. i7-6700k • Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD5 • 32GB DDR4 2666 • EVGA FTW ULTRA RTX3080 12GB
April 9Apr 9 I've lost the link to the youtube video, but someone was trying out their new nvidia RTX 5090 over New York, and at one point they said that if they had the DLSS setting on 'Quality' it reduced the FPS by 30% or someat, and so they solved it by putting the setting to DLAA, and it freed up the bottleneck?! Don't know if that helps or not?
