Hope someone can help.

Just upgraded to v3 from v2.  Installed this .exe:  Pilot2ATCv3_Full_Setup_EarlyAccess_0.2.8.  When I choose Data Mnt to convert v2 data, I get this error.  I have never had  a Navigraph subscription and just want to bring in data from v2.  The error message is below.
