Fs passengers has added a level of immersion that Ive not been able to replace...from getting "graded" to actually breaking the plane, passenger opinion, making money, landing too hard, going off the runway...etc...im scared to make a single mistake during the whole simulation from start to finish...this adds so much for me. Its literally the only reason why im still tied to FSX...ive researched but i havent found anything that adds what FSP did...any ideas?

Take a look at FSCaptain.  There are several other options like Self Loading Cargo but SLC doesn’t interface well with P3d aircraft and most if not all development seems to be for making msfs aircraft compatible (recognizing doors being open, seat belt signs, etc).
