February 19Feb 19 I noticed the latest archive txt has my home airport of ini KMKE only having a qf of 22. In previous weeks it was always much higher in the 40's. Is there a way psxt can not override a file if the QF is better in an earlier week? I have noticed this with other airports as well. Glipeslope/BM World KMEM has always had pretty poor data but had a qf around 30 or so at one point. Now it is only 5 thanks, David

The Qf numbers are slightly lower due to a new and improved findGate algorithm. It makes fewer mistakes ( (placing a too big airport at a stand, large ac over small stand and so on) , but as a result it also produces fewer allocations. EHAM used to be around 45 and is now about 42 — but the quality is the same. Of course, the actual amount of traffic in that specific week also has an influence. However, a drop from 30 to 5 is hard to believe. If you are not concerned about punctuality and realism and simply want a better populated airport, you can set max_fit to 24.0, and/or tick the Week checkbox, and/or enable Soft mode.
