March 19Mar 19 Learning to fly gliders since 1980Stopped using flightsims for good since early August 2026, after 34 yrs using some really great specimens... If I'm asked to name the preferred one, after all these years, MSFS 2024 is my answer without hesitation.(No desktop :-// after the last one crashed for good, so no simming, but I keep polling AVSIM - my main ludic activities spot since around 2006...)
March 19Mar 19 Author This is going to be my next investment in desktop flight simulation. I've been on the fence for quite a while, never really liked the way PMDG does it's FBW / C*u law in their 777, and am really willing to try all of the options available in this study level offer from FF. The tutorial covers a lot of things that I was not aware of nor seen in this aircraft. What's nice is they are planning an expert tutorial for those who want have a deeper understanding of specific feature of the aircraft. It also mention a SELCAL feature coming later with a tutorial on that procedure. Looking forward.
March 20Mar 20 You really should try the new Interactive Procedures feature. Well implemented Crew Resource Management with your virtual FO.
