Hi,

I'm running the latest version of FS-ATC Chatter as downloaded today and installed over my licensed setup. I get the following error when I try to run the program.

The following error occurred while attempting to load the saved state

Non-static method requires a target

Then the program closes.

Never saw that before. I suggest a fresh install, like this

Make a backup copy of the folder: FS-ATC-Chatter\Regions. That will preserve your full clip collection.

Using Windows settings, uninstall FS-ATC-Chatter

Download and install the FS-ATC-Chatter 1.2.4 demo from here:

Replace the Regions folder with the backup you made above, so that the Regions folder contains the full clip set

 

Start FS-ATC-Chatter and see if that corrects it. You might also want to try running as Administrator.

Tried to load 2024 today and got the same message, I tried your reinstall and it didn't work this time. Whenever I try and run FS Chatter I get the following message.
 

The following error occurred while attempting to load the saved state

Non-static method requires a target

Then the program closes.

Try running FS-ATC-Chatter as admin and see if that helps.

Tried as admin it crashed again, this time a I got a box that states the following.

Program Compatibility Assistant

Did this program load correctly?
FS ATC Chatter
Ross Alan Carlson

Yes, this program worked correctly

or

No, launch the troubleshooter

Uninstalling from windows and copying my original pay ware backup version, then I'll go from there and see what happens.

Hi Mark,

I uninstalled FS-ATC Chatter, installed a new copy and it didn't work. I then went and uninstalled the new install, emptied any remaining folders. Installed the demo and copied the regions folder back in, then installed 11,000 transmission files and X-ATC Chatter is back up. Second time this has happened, not sure what file(s) is/are getting corrupt to cause the crash.
