April 2Apr 2 I'm running it on Windows 10, using an i7-8700k cpu, a 3060 ti gpu, and 32 gb of ram. Only one small payware airport and one payware GA aircraft. No other add-ons. What am I missing? Do I need to use nvidia inspector or something similar? Thank you.
April 2Apr 2 Moderator I’m not familiar with the actions taken by those F keys. What is their purpose? Ray (Cheshire, England). Matt - its a bit difficult to say on the information provided, but broadly speaking, something is creating extra strain on your video card when in f11, but I'm sure you've worked that out. I have only seen this at busy airports where there is a lot of AI in the background, then if I spin the viewpoint around so an empty runway is in the background, the FPS increases. Perhaps you could name the airport and aircraft and someone may be able to replicate the issue or otherwise? Ian S
April 2Apr 2 Moderator @Ian S,thanks for that. I’ve never used those commands hence my ignorance. @Matt Sdeel, once this problem is resolved you might want to consider ChasePlane for P3D. On sale at half price. It gives you the ability to create custom views internal and external with no loss of performance. https://parallel42.com/products/chaseplane-legacy?srsltid=AfmBOoqYVaoErEMgqBMoOU0l-8_S1rPTPGaOoTqszNrZ_ecosqGHovL9 Ray (Cheshire, England). Turning off the pc and a good night's sleep solved the problem. FPS is hovering at 30 for both internal and external views now.

There's no info if I can assign and use modifier keys like what can be done in MSFS and DCS. By modifier key I mean the ability to use a joystick button for more than one event or action if used with another key. Is the manual available as a download prior to a purchase?
April 3Apr 3 Moderator @Matt Sdeel, commands can be assigned to buttons. I assign multiple views to one key / button which allows you to cycle through them. No manual is available before purchase but it’s an excellent product. Be aware a Windows 11 update has caused panning to slow down but this can be resolved by toggling an option on then off per session. Ray (Cheshire, England).
