April 25Apr 25 Commercial Member Hey All, I am setting up the A346 for CPDLC (V 1.02 of the aircraft). All connections seem fine. I logon to the ATC station. I get my pre-departure clearance. However, it only goes to text in the MCDU. The DCDU panel doesn't get updated at all. It just constantly displays which ATC I am logged on to. I have tried many things, but there is no way I can get ATC messages to the DCDU - Again, they all appear fine in the received msgs area of the ATSU on the MCDU. My departure clearance pops up just fine in the MCDU, but the DCDU remains blank, apart from displaying the station (EGCC) that I am logged onto. I double checked all was working well at the Sayintentions side of things and connected quite happily with the Fenix and Inibuilds on the same flight and all worked as expected with the DCDU happily displaying messages. EDIT: I followed the Sayintentions setup and demo video released yesterday, which seemed to show the DCDU working... Any ideas would be appreciated? thank you! April 25Apr 25 If it’s the departure clearance that’s you are expecting to see, then it would only appear on the mcdu as you have mentioned. Other instructions such as altitude clearance, handovers etc. should appear on your dcdu, however.

For some reason, the SI video demonstrating the CPDLC setup showed the departure clearance on the DCDU. It really confused me so thank you for clarifying, I appreciate it. - Jane Whittaker
