April 26Apr 26 Please can anybody with the Aerosoft / Toliss A340-600 for msfs24 confirm whether or not it has a working equitime point page. Thank you
April 27Apr 27 Froim Gemini: How to access it in the aircraft: In the real A340 and the Aerosoft/ToLiss simulation, this is handled via the DATA page on the Multi-Function Control and Display Unit (MCDU): Press the DATA key on the MCDU. Select the EQUIDISTANT PT (or EDP) prompt. Enter the two airports or waypoints you wish to calculate the midpoint between (e.g., your departure and arrival, or two ETOPS alternates). The system will provide the coordinates, the distance from your current position, and the estimated time to reach the point where the distance to both selected waypoints is equal. April 27Apr 27 So you trust AI, which is notorious for making stuff up, instead of checking it for yourself? We really are doomed as a species if this trend continues... This was also not the question that Fergus asked. He was not asking how to access it, he wanted confirmation by someone who has the add on, if it is simulated.

I couldn't check myself because I do not own the Aerosoft A346 ... And yes I like to use Gemini, Copilot, ChatGPT, ... They're Great ! provide you know the limits of using it. In my post I didn't simply post the answer I got from a simple Gemini query but instead made clear it was such... Subject to errors? Yes for sure! April 27Apr 27 Yeah and checking it is a bit of a hassle since it does not work on the ground. You have to be in cruise for that. That's why I personally haven't gone around to it. I only heard some people claim it is not simulated. It was in XPlane though. Doesn't mean it is in MSFS. Edit: I checked it now. The EQT Page is simulated and functional.
