It was never a hugely popular addon but just for anyone who wasn't aware, the Air Foil Labs Bristell B23 has finally been updated to use the newer WT G3Xs, rather than the ancient Asobo variants.

There are no bells and whistles with this addon but to be fair it flies nice and performs close to the numbers

 

Now all we need is for Orbx to finally update the Blackwing 635RG to use the WT G3X (as if that will happen).

I take it this has none of the advanced Hi Fi features of their excellent X-Plane addons…?

I never saw any buzz about this one at all, so I figured it was just them dipping their toes in the MSFS pond…

That's affirmative on all scores 👍

It's nothing remotely like their super advanced XP aircraft.  It's essentially default aircraft standard. It does fly well and it's very refreshing to have a LSA that doesn't just alias the default CTLS or Carbon Cub sounds (virtually every other LSA for MSFS does!). It has it's own sound pack.

I'm a LSA flyer IRL and buy every LSA that is released for the sim - outside of that level of interest, I probably wouldn't recommend.   It's very much a 2020 aircraft and the default VL3, along with the Got Friends A32 and FS Reborn TL3000 and Sting S4 are far better renditions of LSAs.
