I've never used this site before because I never noticed that they sell add-ons, I used to think they mainly sold hardware and stuff. Now I realize they have a bunch of add-ons that I want to browse and maybe buy but I am unable to create an account, go to the login page (in case I already had an account I forgot about), and I am unable to browse the full selection of software because when I click on the next page, it just goes to the home page again.

According to a chatbot, it told me that the site has been partly broken for a long time and people get no responses even when they can log in and make a ticket. I see there's a phone number, but something tells me it will either not work or go straight to voicemail. The chatbot had me try several things, like disable all by browser extensions, disable tracking prevention, made sure all cookies are enabled, manually setting the site to allow all cookies and I also tried three different browsers; Edge, Firefox and Opera and I get the same problems on all three regardless of what I try.

Is this site completely broken now?

I think it is, I have products in my downloads registered with Pilots, my account is still open, the downloads though continue to not be available, I tried to contact Stefan many times with no response, he finally did respond and provided no help at all basically didn't care.
