Monday at 04:12 PM3 days It took about half a minute for me to do a verify and repair. And it completely cured my CTDs in msfs2024. The repair was thus lightning quick.Store version:Open XboxRight click msfs2024 icon and choose Manage.Change top tab focus from General to Files.Click on Verify and Repair.Notes: I have seen messages saying this takes a long time and changes way to much stuff that you must then undo. None of that happened in my case. Before, every flight would ctd. Now it never happens. Monday at 04:19 PM3 days Author I think with 2020 version, there were tons of files on your computer that to be replaced (redownloaded) and verified when doing this. But with 2024 most of everything is in the cloud. So verification is now very quick. Monday at 04:47 PM3 days I've done it a couple of times in 2024 and it was done in a flash with no issues or drama, However, I do remember doing it in 2020 and it deleted my entire community folder and all of my addons.I still make sure my backups are up to date before using it though.
