Historical Jets Group (HJG) has released the 737-100 for FSX/FS9. Too bad they don't make one for MSFS2020/24

No! We really need a good, old fashion Cessna 182 or 206 (not Carenado). Took the Carenado 182Q out for a scenic flight yesterday (guess that will have to do)😏

That too !

I'd take both, honestly. A proper 737-200 would be a nice change from the modern magenta workflow, especially if the developer gets the older systems and engine management right.

But I also agree on the 182/206 side. A solid old Cessna utility aircraft with good systems would probably get a lot of actual use, not just screenshots.
