It says navigraph account linked. I've created a flightplan in simbrief but the phenom says no account or flightplan. also the flightfx citation doesn't disply anything. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Depending on where you're trying to import, there are two places on the Phenom where you need to enter your Simbrief credentials. The most obvious one is in the EFB, but if you import directly from the Garmin units (specifically the GTC interface) you'll need to input your credentials there as well. Other than that, verify that you are using your account name (not email address), double-check the password and be sure you have a recent FP to import.
