ATC messages in cockpit wont switch off

Featured Replies

Since the reset overnight I cannot find a way to stop ATC messages being sent to the cockpit in text form. Seem to be generated from nearest airport with metars etc. All the more frustrating in that I don't use ATC. I spent about 2 hours with Co-Pilot trying to chase this down and got nowhere.

Thanks for any help

Could be that you dialed some ATIS frequency? Then you hear constantly the current weather and active rwy information. Then dial another freq or switch the radio off if you don’t use ATC anyway

I think it maybe the SUBTITLES option you want to turn off, in the accessibility menu.

Thanks for the suggestions. In fact my radios were detuned - turned off. The subtitles fix seems to have worked.
