Dear:

MSFS 2024: MS Store Edition.

After the latest update v283, can't install a single livery of the Leonardo FTMD X either from ftmd x forum or flightsim.to. Dropping the texture in the Community folder does nothing. Maddog x livery manager can't install the livery. The installer is not working. I raised a support ticket with fly the mad dog x. But no replies! Please help.

I have the same problem, and I think the core issue is that the livery system was completely changed in the 2024 native version, so all liveries created for the old system has to be updated by their creators in order to work.

It's a shame, because there are so many nice older liveries out there that doesn't seem to get updated.

If anyone else has some insight or tips on easy ways to convert these old ones to work, it would be great!

I'm not going to be much help only to say that as much as I love this airplane, the DEV took a very odd and difficult approach to liveries and installation. I understand the need for a new format when they released the 20th anniversary edition but I have not found one 3rd party livery that easy to use with this add on. I cannot get 3rd parties to install via the manager or as a drag and drop into the community folder. Very frustrating.
