I noticed that I can only rotate knobs by using the mouse wheel, I don't find the option of doing it, pressing continuous left button as in any other aircraft. May be there is a configuration option which I didnt found.

What aircraft and what sim? I just tried turning knobs in the Learjet 35 and C414 in FS2020. With the Legacy interaction system, holding left click does turn the knobs. With the Lock interaction system, holding left click and dragging turns the knobs. I get the same results in FS2024. I am not aware of any special Flysimware "knob turning" configuration option.
