April 21, 200818 yr Not having been to an air show since I was kid, looks like I am finally going to see this coming Saturday, what Patty Wagstaff and stunt flying is all about. Obviously I'm very familiar with the name, which has been associated with the MS FlightSim series for many years. Looking forward to a day with the entire family indulging my interest for a change ;) Actually, I know my family will enjoy it as well.http://www.charlestonairexpo.com/index.html Regards, Al Jordan | KCAE
April 21, 200818 yr Boy howdy, are you in for a treat! Be sure to bring along souvenirs to get autographed, as Patty and the other fliers are usually more than happy to meet the fans. Then come down to Earth and try out flying her Extra in FSX. I'm lucky if I can just go around the traffic pattern in that thing. Jeff ShylukAssistant Managing EditorSenior Staff ReviewerAVSIM

April 26, 200818 yr Author It was a blast, but parking definitly sucked. 2-1/2 hours on to the base and 2-1/2 hours back. But, we saw the F15, F22, Thunderbirds, Patty, T-6, F-18, got pics of my kids in the driver seats of a KC-135, toured the C-17 and sooo much more. My three-old daughter never knew how loud afterburners on the fighters could be; now she does, and hasn't stopped talking about it since we've been home; grinning from ear to ear! Will upload some pics later this weekend.Regards, Regards, Al Jordan | KCAE
