I have been to FS Insider site and the SDK page but see no Terrain SDK for download. Where can I get it ? Don't I need it to use LandClass Assitant ?SteveCYYZ

You need the FS2000 not FS2002 Terrain SDK. Visit http://www.microsoft.com/games/fs2000/devdesk.asp and download the FS2000 Terrain SDK.
