July 8, 200421 yr No, the UK AIP does not contain charts for Dunsfold. In fact, UKGA have only the location co-ordinates and a phone number see http://ukga.com/aerodrome/content.cfm?aero...&contentId=1795 and http://ukga.com/images/content/image1795.jpgGeorge
July 9, 200421 yr Thanks. I was hoping someone might have had old charts from when it was open. Gerry Howard
July 10, 200421 yr I've had a scan through my old plates and I can't find one for EGTD. I'm guessing that BAe kept this info in house - unless I inadvertantly threw the old plate out.boneshttp://fsaviation.net
July 11, 200421 yr "I was hoping someone might have had old charts from when it was open"Can't help you with charts but the aerodrome is still in use though only occasionally. There is some kind of aircraft repainting business there that has dealt with at least 2 biz jets in the past few weeks( G5 N51FL and G4 5N-EMA). Accordining to one news item dated Aug 2003 it ( the airfield ) is limited to 5000 movements per year - tho I doubt it sees 10% of that.Dave
