September 3, 200421 yr I'm adding some taxiway signs to an AF2 file. As an example, for taxiway "F", should the sign read "F->" or "FOXTROT->" ?George
September 3, 200421 yr Commercial Member As far as I know it should be F->, but I don't know if this is different in other parts of the world. Arno If the world should blow itself up, the last audible voice would be that of an expert saying it can't be done. FSDeveloper.com | Former Microsoft FS MVP | Blog
September 4, 200421 yr If you use FOXTROT, ATC will say Foxtrot, Omega, Xray, etc. for each letter. The compressed audio format will say Foxtrot for "F"!If you put AA, ATC will say Alpha, Alpha. A1, Alpha-One!W. Sieffert Bill Sieffert
September 4, 200421 yr Author Thanks to everyone. I see the reason for single letters, one can only have 6 characters on a taxiway sign. Here is one of my signs.Georgehttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/90205.jpg
