I just want to put some of them in some airports for scenery.Do i need a program for that? Can someone help me please?Tanks in advance for any help

The easiest way to do that is to make them as static AI I think. Just give them a schedule that will have them parked at your airport all day. From older aircraft (Fs98/Fs2000) you can also make API macros to put in the scenery, but the conversion tools to do that do not work properly with more modern aircraft.

Thenks for the tip but how can i edit the AItraffic of fs9?

FlyTampa has a batch of freeware GMAX aircraft availble.http://www.flytampa.com/downloads.htmlThey are very low poly, so ideal for static scenery. You will need GMAX & exporter plugins to place them.
