Hi,I am really new to this, but want to exclude the default buildings at Stansted (EGSS), I have looked through different posts and websites and tried most of the programs around, but can't understand how to use them. Could anyone please tell me the easiest way to do this please? This is for FS2004.Thank You for any help!!

Hi,If you use the BGLComp SDK for FS2004 something like this code should work:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>

Thank You very much for the reply. I am unsure where I put that. I am very sorry, I am really new to this and have very little idea what I am doing. I have downloaded the SDK, buit do not know how to make an .xml file for use with the compiler.Thank you again!!

You can use notepad to write the XML file - it's just a text file. For simplicity save it as .XML in the same folder as BGLCOMP.EXE which comes with the BGLCOMP SDK that you can download from the MSA FS site. You can compile the XML file by opening a command window, navigating to that folder using the DOS CD command, and then typing:BGLCOMP .XMLThis may result in error mesage when you'll need to correct he XML file, or it will compile and leave a file .BGL in the folder. Copy the .BGL file to:C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator 9Addon Scenerysceneryand start FS9. You'll get messages about rebuilding scenery, after which FS9 should run with the scenery excluded.
