Is there an easy way...

Is there an easy way to simply edit existing airports? I'm looking for something like the AFCAD program, but for airport layouts, etc..Thanks!

What do you mean with airport layouts? AFCAD does allow you to alter the airport layout, does it not?

If the world should blow itself up, the last audible voice would be that of an expert saying it can't be done.

AFCAD allows changing taxiways, lights, runways and ramp areas along with adding and editing airport parking and routes to and from runways. It has some variations for textures but its pretty limited to the surfaces only. It doesn't do polys (airport grass/photoreal terrain) and it cant exclude/add/edit default objects on the airfield.Hornit

One good program to have is Architect2k4 by doug Poulk. You do have to buy after a trial period but it's worth it. www.pouksim.com Doug answers back quickly with help that you ask for. excludeBuilder is a free program. Excludes default objects. If there is any questions using it, PM me and I'll help. Or you can get any of my sceneries here. The readme files have my e-mail. Do a search for author.... Robert Lacy. RWY12 is a good free program. EZ-scenery is a payware program but more than well worth it!!!! Use both. And go to FS2004 scener design and search for ez scenery. Get as many libraries as you can and install. do the smae for RWY12. EZ scenery program will see both libraries! Bob
