FS2004 scenery in FSX? Does it work?

Featured Replies

There is a scenery file (KRDG) I'd like to use in FSX... probably others as well; I've been searching around to find out if there is a way to tell if FS04 scenery is compatible with FSX, but haven't really been able to find an answer. Can it be done?thxAndrew

Absolutely, Andrew. Please follow simple instructions:1. Place scenery in Addon Scenery2. Launch FS3. Fly around4. Look at sceneryJust kidding, but seriously it is as easy as that. Just try it and see.Best regards.Luis

In general the scenery should be backwards compatible, although you might see some problems here and there, depending on how the original scenery was created.
