A potentially dumb question

Featured Replies

Hiall,I have been reading through the manuals and tutorials of RC3 for an hour now. The program seems to be very promising, realistic and versatile. However, I haven't found a straight answer for one question I have: Does RC3 use voice output like default FSATC or is all the atc talk in text format, in a message box? Thanks for answers,JET1

by default, all words are spoken by the controllers and pilots. these are not computer generated, but actual people.if you are hearing impaired, you can turn on text display, and all words spoken are also displayed in text format in the advdisp window

Wow, that's good news !! :-jumpyWhat about the airline callsigns, airport names and so on? Are these spoken too? And if they are, does RC3 utilize the FS2002 voicepack for it or have you recorded the whole thing all over again? ;)What about the RC3 voicepacks, are there different voice sets available and if yes, how many?I'm really starting to get exited here..!
