*** How I fixed my Slow controller voice Problem ***

Featured Replies

I have Windows XP also and decided to try setting things to both ends of the extreme. I have a definite problem with wanting to fiddle with things just to see how they will work, or not work. So, I set set Radar Contact to Priority "Real Time" just like you did. Worked great. Then, the evil bug jumped up on me and I set FS2002 to "Low" priority. Sure seemed like Radar Contact worked even better. Could also be my imagination. The interesting thing was though that FS2002 ran just as fast FPS wise and view quality wise as before. I was also running a satellite internet hookup with the internet and running Active Sky for weather. Felt like I had put the CPU hog FS2002 in it's place! It all ran beautifully well. This is the way I am leaving things.Take care Geofa, love your Debonair, and thanks,Bob, Rogers, Arkansas

That is real interesting! I just tried it also and it seems to work-I am not sure at this point which is better but will have to experiment. No negative effects seen either way though. Thanks for the nice words :-)Geof (kfnt)http://members.telocity.com/~geof43/Geofdog2.gif

WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE-the best Flight Sim!

Well that was it , I did change the priority of FS2002 to lw and RCV3 to above normal, and it is working like a charm. This is what I was expecting from RCV3.Thank you to all for all your help. Now I do change it manually with CTL+ALT+Delete. Is there a way to do it permanantly in WIN XP PRO?

Works for me too. Same question for WindowsXP Home
