I has checked the "Display Text" but the messages from the controller don

one person reported that the text goes by too fast. this was my attempt to help the hearing impaired. it worked for us while testing, not sure why it is now going too fast now

It appears on the AdvDisp window. then toggles betwen waypoint info and text. Are you not seeing this?

Hi there,I just did a flight to try this out and everything worked fine.Can I just go through what should happen step by step.When RC plays a controller instruction with text enabled:1. The verbal instruction is given.2. The RC menu changes to something like<7> acknowledgecs repeatVITAL - if you want text at this point do nothing, do not press any keys - VITAL3. After a few seconds the controllers instructions appear as text.The display then changes every few seconds between the controller instruction and the RC options.4. Once you have noted the instruction press 7 to acknowledge (or choose another option if appropriate).All the best,John

Perchance, was your compiler debugging turned on and optimization off for your test exes? Re: fast crawls.

Hi there,Glad we got one problem solved :-)I found I had around 5 secs to read the text. If I needed longer it reappeared again after a few seconds of the 'normal' menu.Is that what you are seeing?All the best,John
