January 14, 200323 yr Commercial Member whoever you want to be pilot, put it in winwood1, co-pilot goes in winwood0i'm afraid that it is unrealistic to do qnh in north america, and you will have to live with altimeter.that was the first of that kind though :-) JD Read my blog
January 14, 200323 yr Having read his post several times, jd, I think he may actually be asking for just the opposite - QNH passed as in/hg even when in Europe. The answer, of course, is still "no". :-lol Pete
January 15, 200323 yr Author I understand where the the pilot files go. How do I select different pilots. Right now I have 3 co pilot profiles in win0. Do I delete the two I don't want or is there some other selection process? As far as the altimeter my question should of stated when flying in the US the ATC is telling me to set to 1013 instead of 2992. Is this correct?Bill M Bill McIntyre Asus StrixB650E-F Gamer, AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D, Corsair Titanium DDR5 64GB, Samsung 990 PRO-4TB M.2, (4) 2TB SSD's, Corsair H1150i liquid cooler, RTX 2080TI Founders Edition, (2) LG 34" HD Curved Monitor, Sound Blaster Audigy X, 1Kw PC Power & Cooling Power Supply, Corsair Obsidian Full tower Case. January 15, 200323 yr Bill,If you're in the US, then you'll only get "altimeter" and inches mercury (i.e. 29.92). You shouldn't get 1013, and there's no reason RC would give you millibars in the US.As for changing the pilot voices, whatever is 1 is the pilot, so you can either rename 1 to 1-xx, where xx is the initials of the person (like jd, pr delete 1, then rename whichever co-pilot voice you want as 1.Right now there's no automatic process, although that'll change soon.Remember if you delete any folder it's gone. It's better to rename it.
January 15, 200323 yr Commercial Member where were you when you heard qnh?do you remember which center you were talking to? JD Read my blog
January 15, 200323 yr Author Sorry but I don't understand what you're saying for changing the voices. So I 'll just leave them as is. January 16, 200323 yr Author I was flying from Seattle to Vancouver, BC. If my memory is correct, Canada uses the QNH calls.
