i purchased my traffic long ago for fs2002, because i wanted the ai traffic, but i didn't want to spend hours editing files, and moving .bgl files, and compiling, etc.worked great in fs2002, and i've updated it with sp1, sp2 and sp3so i followed the directions to upgrade to fs2004. i ended up with planes with no textures.any with my traffic succesfully upgraded my traffic to fs2004? hints and tips to make it work?

Hi JD,I don't have MyTraffic, but I have brought over my old (P)AI traffic from FS2002 to FS2004. In addition to the traffic.bgl file, I had to copy over my AI aircraft folders to my FS2004Aircraft directory. Not sure if this might be the issue, but thought I'd toss it out there.

jd,I don't have FS2004 myself, but I follow the My Traffic support forum and I can tell you that others have had similar problems.Check it out at http://forums.simflight.com/index.php

Sorry I can't help but have a question related to My Traffic for you. How does it compare to Ultimate Traffic? I'm taking heavy frame rate hits with UT and would like to know about My Traffic in that regard.

I only have MyTraffic, but I do know that one big difference between the two is that Ultimate Traffic is based on real-world schedules, whereas MyTraffic aims at implementing life-like traffic that is managable in the simulator. Both are based on FPS friendly aircraft models and textures. There used to be a free trial-version of MyTraffic covering the Sydney area.
