Two voices when getting weather report

When I press the number 1 key to get the weather report I always hear two voices. One is loud and easilyunderstood. The other voice is a different person and is very low pitch bu seems to be the same report.How can I get rid of this second voice file?Joseph

turn off your COM radios

Let me add one thing to your two voices issue. If you are using the default MS radio on any plane and you have two com radios and the controll panel has buttons to activate, make sure you don't select "both". That is when you will hear two ATIS voices.CheersBob
