February 26, 200521 yr Having used RC since the beginning I can't count how many times I've had to request a new key because of a reformat. The question is, if I restore an image of the drive with no reformat will I still need a new key? Also, I have multiple drives - the system is on C and RC is on H. Which drive controls the product ID (I always assumed it was C but now I'm not sure). I'm really trying to avoid having to keep bugging the team for new keys all th time if I can avoid it.
