When I just registered using cut and paste the key.Then I created a Flight plan using MSFS9.Started RCv4 and tried to load the FS9 flight plan.I get a pop up.Run time erro 713Class not registeredYou need the following file to be installed on your computer. fsstdfmt.dllNEVERMIND: searched this thread... others had similkr issue.. found it.fixed it.
