RC4 does not terminate with FS9

Featured Replies

I had to interrupt a flight in a hurry this morning, so terminated FS9 with ctrl-C. When I returned to my computer over an hour later, RC4 was still running and asking my flight to watch its assigned altitude, etc. The voice was very, very slow, saying each word with a few second pause.Just thought you'd like to know about this.

This has happened a couple of more times when I ended FS9 with ctrl-C due to "non-flying" emergencies.I did note that the message about an unresponsive program, do I want to notify Microsoft, called the program "Raday Contact". Could it be that it does not know what it is looking for?

i'm counting on rc ending as a natural event at the end of your flight. as opposed to you ending flight sim with rc still running.i'll add that to my 4.1 folderjd

i discovered that if I end FS9 and then try to end RC4, RC4 will crahs or not respond. So now, if I need to end a flight early, I'll switch out to Rc4 first, close that, then close FS9.
