March 24, 200620 yr I was flying yesterday using Rcv4.01 and heard Cleveland Center call "foxtrot lima echo x-ray juliette echo tango" who promptly answered in kind. I wondered why such a call sign was used and did a little research. Two of the entries in my Ultimate GA Lear 40 aircraft.txt file were listed as 'atc_airline=FLEXJET'. Now, Flexjet is in the sound packages and scripts so I was still baffled. The only thing I could find was the entry 'atc_flight_number=0'. Would that make the Controller call our the airline name phonetically? I changed the flight numbers to 605 and 606 but won't know if they're used until I hear them again. Just wondering.
