Email to register bouncing back

Howdy, All of my emails to jdtllc are being bounced back as undeliverable. I originally sent an email to register my purchase. Subsequent emails to help@ and rick@jdtllc.com have also bounced back. The bounced back email error messasage is shown below. Rick, I received your email at the beginnig of the week when I made my purchase.It appears your email server has blacklisted a certain IP address. I'm sending an email through my earthlink.net account. Not sure how this is tied to bellsouth.net as indicated below.Any suggestions?ThanksKen MIllerThis message was created automatically by mail delivery software.A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of itsrecipients. This is a permanent error. Morning JDI am having exactly the same problem as Ken except that my e-mails are being bounced via Freeserve.Can you help please?Bob Marston
