Hello, I'm trying to upgrade to v 4.2. I followed the instructions and made sure i had the previous updates installed. I installed the 4.2 update, requested a new registration key,recieved it, and went through the process to renew the registration. When I do that it doesn't register the software. Any suggestions?

make sure the product id that you sent, is the product id after the 4.2 updatejd

jd, I believe it was but I sent another key request just to be sure.
