December 20, 200619 yr What is it that you do when people request a registration key? They send a name and a number. You do send a key in return. Is there any manual intervention that is required? Why not setup something like the F1 wrapper? What is the need for a person inbetween?Manny Manny Beta tester for SIMStarter
December 20, 200619 yr Commercial Member it is automated.it turns to a manual system when you send the request from an email address i don't know aboutor you don't send the email in the proper format.if you click the button on the registration screen, an email is properly formatted, and prepared for you to send. all you have to do is send.if you insist on doing it manually, the subject line of the email needs to be "RCv4 Key Request"the contents of the email should be in the format :999999 ! first name ! last namei deal with the failed requests once or twice a day.jd JD Read my blog
