doesn't sound rightwhat position do you have the slow/fast sliders on the controller's page set for? they should be all the way to the leftis there a lot of ai chatter going on? i wait for it to give me a break to say somethingwhat other add-ons do you have, that might be impacting performance?jd

Hi,I used to have the same problem when I used AutoStart. When I don't use AutoStart I no longer have any delays. Don't know if this applies to you or not.Jim
